We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to lead sales and account development for large F&B chains and enterprise restaurant groups in Singapore. You will act as the strategic interface between Restosuite and top-tier F&B clients — becoming a trusted digital transformation advisor.

As a senior hybrid role, you will own partner onboarding, capability building, and escalation resolution — ensuring channel partners can deliver Restosuite solutions to F&B clients independently and at scale.
Architect and scale Restosuite's channel partner ecosystem across Malaysia. You will identify, recruit, onboard, and develop reseller and referral partners — driving indirect revenue growth and expanding market reach in the Malaysian F&B sector.
Lead enterprise F&B chain sales and key account development in Malaysia. Drive revenue from multi-outlet restaurant groups and national F&B chains, acting as their trusted digital transformation partner.
Drive mid-market F&B SaaS sales in Malaysia. Own the complete new-customer acquisition cycle — from prospecting restaurant operators to closing deals and handing over to implementation.
Manage end-to-end project delivery and provide L2 technical support for our channel partners in Malaysia. You ensure that partner-led deployments of Restosuite meet quality standards and client satisfaction benchmarks.
Be the operational backbone for both the Malaysia and Singapore offices. You will manage administrative workflows, support sales operations, and ensure seamless cross-border coordination between the two teams.
Own the full marketing function for Restosuite across Singapore and Malaysia. This is a hands-on, full-ownership role — you will plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, inbound leads, and event presence in both markets.
Deliver responsive, high-quality customer support to Restosuite's F&B clients in Malaysia. This role includes a mandatory on-site implementation rotation, giving you deep product and client knowledge that elevates your support quality.
